Our delivery times are about 2 to 4 weeks, as all our orders are produced on demand and one after the other. The delivery times do not therefore depend on the model, color or destination of your order.
Since each part is made to order, we cannot immediately provide a precise delivery date. But as soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with "Your order is on its way" in the subject line. Our logistics partner will then contact you to keep you informed and agree on a delivery date that suits you.

Contact our customer service: contact us at contact@cordyhome.co, if possible within 48 hours of receiving your product, providing us with your order number, a short description of the damage and photos you have taken.
We take care of the rest: our team will review your file and work with you to find the best solution, whether it is a replacement, a repair or another suitable option. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will do what is necessary to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
